Valli del Pasubio
Valli del Pasubio is a favorite destination for mountain lovers and hikers, also attracted by the typical specialty: the sopressa sausage. There are many paths, which meander through the area, suitable for both experts and families. During these walks you can also meet animals of typical mountain wildlife: deers, chamois, hares, mountain pheasants and foxes.
The famous Road of the 52 Galleries, built during World War I, leads to the summit of Mount Pasubio.
The territory is rich in waterways, which have been exploited over the years as driving forces. Worthy of a visit is also the Venetian Sawmill, the last sawmill of its kind preserved intact. It uses the power of water to move the gears and operate the saw.
The richness and quality of water enabled the development of marketing of the area.
